Pre-payments for room charges must be submitted at minimum 48 hours before the guests arrival date. Prepayments submitted within 48 hours will not be accepted and the hotel guest will be responsible for payment upon arrival. This is to prevent credit card fraud and to protect our guests privacy. Guest amenity prepayments will be accepted up until the day of arrival.
Prepayment can only be established for reservations already guaranteed at The Cliffs Resort. You authorize The Cliffs Resort to charge your credit card for the total reservations price, which includes the confirmed room rates plus any applicable taxes and fees. If the reservation is canceled, The Cliffs Resort is not responsible for contacting you to establish a refund for prepayment for rooms or amenities. If the reservation is changed within our cancellation policy (72 hours but subject to change for blackout dates and holidays – check the individual reservation confirmation for details), your prepay can be used as a deposit toward a future stay to be used within one year of the original reservation date.
