Massage
Cliffs “Signature” Massage. Designed to cast
away muscle tension and mental stress, our signature massage
combines hydrating coconut oil, essential oils, and the healing
power of heat. Thermal packs - strategically placed on areas of
back tightness - ease tension while coaxing you into a state of deep
relaxation. For the last 10 minutes of your treatment, you'll be gently
cocooned to let your skin drink up the moisturizing coconut oil. A
warm pack on your abdomen and “lights-out” eye pillow will cast you
straight to your dreams. (75 minutes, $115)
Relaxing Massage. Tailored just for you, our Swedish massage
utilizes smooth, long strokes with “light to moderate” pressure to
ease the mind and relax the body. (60 / 90 minutes; $100 / $140)
Deep-Tissue Massage. A more therapeutic technique of bodywork,
our deep-tissue massage incorporates slower strokes, with arnica cream
to work deeper layers of muscle fibers. This treatment will ease
chronic areas of tension, and soothe over-exerted muscles.

Thermal Sea-Stone Massage. This memorable, full-body treatment
blends Swedish massage strokes with smooth, heated basalt stones.
The warm stones radiate heat deep into muscles to improve circulation,

Sea of the Senses. Indulge your senses. These aromatic massage
treatments incorporate soothing plant and flower essences with a custom,
full-body massage to enhance the therapeutic effect of your treatment.
We invite you to select from the following blends: Energize, in which
rosemary and bearberry essential oils enliven the senses, while
improving mental clarity; Balance, in which geranium will calm the emotions,
while uplifting the spirit; and Escape, in which coconut, kukui nut,

Mom-To-Be. Comforting, nurturing, and relaxing, our prenatal
massage is designed to increase circulation, reduce enema, and promote
well-being - providing a peaceful treat for baby and mom-to-be. (60 / 90 minutes, $100 / $140)
Sea of Love. Relax side by side, with simultaneous massage in our
intimate “couples” room - great for loving pairs, mothers and daughters,
or for sharing with friends. (Above pricing, multiplied by two)
Anti-Stress Express. This 30-minute session focuses on the stress
zone of the neck, shoulders, back, and feet - great for anyone short on time!

Aromatic Scalp Treatments. Begin your massage, facial, or body
treatment with one of our fabulous scalp treatments, to deeply condition
your hair and stimulate the scalp. Leave conditioner in your hair
throughout your spa visit, while in the sauna, or rinse clean after your
treatments: Volumizing, in which pomegranate and soy help transform fine,
flat, lifeless hair into moisturized, voluminous hair; or Deep Conditioning,
which treats dry and brittle hair with a combination of nature's most
nourishing ingredients - with an intensely hydrating conditioner that
blends shea butter and grapefruit extract to prevent breakage and enhance natural shine.

Skin Soothers
White Wine & White Algae Body Mask. This calcium-rich nourishing
skin treatment is highly recommended for super-sensitive or sun-damaged skin.
We'll begin with a dry-brush exfoliation and an application of white algae,
white wine, white tea, and marine serum. While your skin drinks in the
nutrients, a scalp massage will coax you into a deeper state of relaxation.
A hot towel rinse and an application of hydrating lotion will leave you
feeling recharged and balanced. The dry brush is our gift to you for

Sea & Salt Scrub. Environmentally harvested seaweed and sea
salts exfoliate and re-mineralize your skin. Steamed aromatic towels
lift away impurities - leaving your skin supple, deeply hydrated,
and silky smooth. A 25-minute back massage completes this treat. Ladies,
please refrain from shaving before this treatment. (60 minutes, $100)
Grape-Seed Rub. Our grape-seed scrub is formulated with antioxidant
grape seeds and natural enzymes - to gently exfoliate, regenerate,
and moisturize your skin. An application of hydrating lotion and a

Facials
Sea of Life Facial. This marine-based facial combines skin-specific
cleansing, a steam and treatment mask to relax both the mind and spirit. A custom blend of essential oils heightens
your senses, when applied to key areas of the neck, face, chest, and hands.
As the body inhales and exhales in a tide-like rhythm, face, and neck tension is released.
A sense of floating and deep relaxation makes this an unforgettable experience. (60 minutes, $100)
Cliffs Custom Facial. Our custom facial provides one of the most
cutting-edge skin-care techniques available. All products are tailored to
your specific skin's needs - including an enzyme peel to help lift, tighten,
and firm facial skin. Results in your skin's clarity and tone will be seen immediately.
Often described as a non-surgical facelift, this treatment works wonders on all skin types.

Deep-Sea Oxygen Facial. Our deep-sea oxygen facial uses a pure plant-mineral
oxygen infusion to stimulate cellular metabolism and improve circulation.
Specific serums - targeted for your skin - are custom-blended with a deep-sea
oxygen base, to tone, purify, re-mineralize, and hydrate. This facial is
the perfect tonic for stress and jet lag. (60 minutes, $100)
Gentlemen's Facial. Our men's facial is designed to repair and
restore the skin of the everyday man. A gentle cleanser and exfoliation
prepares the skin for a hydrating mask and soothing massage - perfect for

Back Buff. Our back-buff treatment exfoliates and deep cleanses
problem skin on the back. Deep pore cleansing with a concentrated marine-based
cleanser is followed by a back exfoliation and algae mask with essential oils.
This treatment cleanses those hard to reach back area - leaving your skin ready
